JEst Junior Enterprise
A Junior Enterprise is a no profit association managed by University of Padua students, designed and organized as a real company with a board and functional areas.
The main goal is to close the gap between the academic environment and the job market, running projects and events and creating opportunities to practice the knowledge acquired in the classroom and develop new competences through training courses.

Our network
JEst is part of an Italian, European and world network of Junior Enterprises.
JE Italy is the national confederation of Junior Enterprises. Beyond supporting and JEs connecting activities, it represents the Movement both in Italy and abroad, dealing with training courses and best practices sharing.
JE Italy is currently made up of 25 JE and 6 Junior Initiative that are going to become JE and 1000 JEurs, who work on more than 190 projects every year.
In Europe, JEst is part of JE Europe.
It was born in 1992 as JADE, Junior Association for the Development in Europe. In 2019, after a rebranding, the name changed into JE Europe and today has
